I’m Dr. Ben Armstrong, a clinical psychologist helping adults with ADHD, burnout, and high-achieving “spicy brains” find clarity and momentum.

 

My approach combines mindfulness and curiosity with structured AI-enhanced tracking. We let the system handle the structure, while we have a deep and honest conversation about how to get you moving. Because you deserve more than "just talk" or generic coping strategies.
