Dr. Armstrong will be running a 4-week live course on "Creating a Healthy Mental Posture with Mindfulness and Self-Compassion." This program enables you to create a foundation of mindfulness and self-compassion and teaches you tactics and strategies for managing difficult (or joyful!) emotions before, during, and after they arise.
